January 2019 Wrap Up

I read so many books this month, it’s crazy. I don’t think I’ll be able to do quite as well next month considering my classes just started and I also work full time. If nothing else, audiobooks will become my best friend. Either that, or manga, which is something I recently got into these past few months. Overall, I read 5 books this month, which is a lot for me. Normally, I’d be lucky if I get through 3 or 4 in a month. But since I had a majority of January off of school, I was able to spend a lot of time after work reading. Plus most of the books I read were manga and those were pretty quick reads for me.

The five books I read this month were as follows:

  1. Sailor Moon volume 2
  2. The Kiss Quotient by Helen Hoang
  3. One Piece: The Black Cat Pirates
  4. One Piece: For Whom the Bell Tolls
  5. Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban by JK Rowling

I’m also in the middle of two books, Nevermoor by Jessica Townsend and To Make Monsters Out of Girls by Amanda Lovelace. I’m not entirely sure if I will be able to get those two done before the end of the month. But considering the month ends in a couple of days, I don’t think I will.

With my classes and work, I’m not sure how many books I’m going to be able to get through in February. I know it won’t be 5 like this month, but I’m hoping it’s at least 3. I’ll probably post my to-read list for February within the next week or so. I definitely want to get a couple reviews done, maybe not so much on the manga, or even my reread of Harry Potter, but probably Nevermoor by Jessica Townsend once I finish it.

Look out for those in the coming weeks! I’m very excited to continue posting on here, especially if people are interested in reading what I have to say.
